No Rise in Temp

So this month I noticed as I charted my temps on a calendar that I never had a spike during the time I should have been ovulating. The last week though I've felt a little feverish and had soreness but that began on Day 23 or so. Not that my cycles are regular, but I don't know if I should expect this month to be a 37 day cycle or not. And if I ovulated at all since my temp never really spiked and held steady. (It went up a few points but that could have been from lack of sleep and Prince the night before, and then dropped down again. It only has been 98 degrees the last two days.)
